This surge is largely attributed to the global increase in demand for developers due to the widespread adoption of remote work. However, Vietnam has been attracting significant attention in the IT outsourcing market for years, leveraging its competitive advantage of affordable labor costs and skilled IT professionals. Notably, Japanese companies are heavily employing Vietnamese IT developers, and the proportion of Vietnamese IT professionals in Silicon Valley is also increasing. Korean companies are actively seeking Vietnamese talent, and the government is providing support.
